The petitioners have preferred this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondent authorities to decide their representation for regularization of their services as Full Time Sweepers. 2.

The petitioners are Sweepers and posted at different Hospitals of Ayurvedic of District Rajnandgaon.

Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners' representation dated 05.12.2017 (Annexure P-2) is still pending for consideration till this date, therefore this writ petition may be disposed of by directing respondent authorities to decide such representation within a stipulated time.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the petitioners, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that respondent authorities shall decide the petitioners' representation dated 05.12.2017 (Annexure P-2) expeditiously preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
