The contention of the respondent is that the respondents have complied with the order of this court dated 16.04.2018 passed in WPS No.3049 of 2018 and an order in this regard have already been passed on 10.09.2018.

Given the fact that order passed by this court has already been complied with, the contempt petition stands disposed of and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings reserving the right of the petitioner for challenging the subsequent order by way of fresh petition.
