Shri Tekam, learned Counsel for Respondent-State, produces a certificate of the Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Raipur, dated 10.1.2017, intimating that the Appellant, Mohit Khunte S/o Shyamlal Khunte, has already completed his jail sentence and has been released from jail on 2.11.2016. 2.

At this juncture, Shri Rajput, learned Counsel for the Appellant, submits that since the Appellant in the present appeal has already completed the entire jail sentence, he does not want to pursue the appeal any further. 3.

Accordingly and in view of above, the appeal stands dismissed as not pressed.
