Agrawal Order On Board 30/07/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application for demarcation of the land is pending consideration since 16.03.2016 and, therefore, the respondent No. 2 may be directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously. (2) Be that as it may, the Collector, Bilaspur is directed to consider and disposed of the petitioner's application for demarcation of her land within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order excluding the rainy season.
