Proceeding Through Video Conferencing Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 02/11/2020 :

1. Record perused.

2. The applicant has preferred this application for modification of the bail order dated 1.9.2020 passed in MCrC No.4634/2020 whereby the bail application has been dismissed with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.

3. Now the applicant wants that the examination of the prosecutrix should happen before the trial Court within the stipulated time.

4. Considering the fact that due to Covid-19 Pandemic situation, criminal trial all over the State is at abeyance, no specific order can be passed in a single case leaving all other similar matters.

5. The CRMP is accordingly dismissed.
