1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.45/2018, registered at Police Station Balko, Dist Korba C.G. for offences punishable under Section 420 of the IPC.

2. In view of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in MCRCA No.234/2020, the present bail application filed directly before the High Court is not maintainable as I have not found any exceptional, rare or unusual reason to entertain this application.

3. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not maintainable reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to move before the Sessions Court.
