1. This contempt case is premature. In case there is any violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(PIL)No.32/2015, first of all the concerned person should bring the violation to the notice of the Superintendent of Police concerned or the Regional Transport Commissioner or the District Education Officer or the Principal of the school or the School Management Committee. If after bringing the violation to the notice of these authorities, no action is taken then only a contempt case will be maintainable. Hence, the contempt case is rejected.
