This Court cannot be unmindful of the fact that the father of the Petitioner was decategorized and he voluntarily retired in the year 2000. 18 years have gone past. The policy of compassionate appointment cannot be used for the purpose of begetting employment even otherwise to an unemployed person or dependent of the erstwhile employee. The very object and purpose would be defeated, if such indulgence is shown.
