Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.123/2018, registered at Police Station - Simga, District- Balodabazar-Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh for offence punishable under Section 363 of the IPC, the applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail. 2.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim in this case is about 18 years of age. Hence, it is prayed that the applicant may be granted anticipatory bail. 3.
Learned counsel for the State/non-applicant opposes the application submitting that the application is not maintainable as offence under Section 363 of the IPC is bailable.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary. 5.
On perusal of the case diary, it appears that the only offence registered against the applicant is under Section 363 of the IPC, which is bailable according to the Schedule of the Cr.P.C., hence, this application is not maintainable.
