Issue notice to the respondents.

Mr.Rakesh Pandey accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1 and Mr.Shailendra Dubey accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.2 to 5.

By order dated 21.12.2015 this Court has directed the SECL to consider the case of the petitioner for dependent employment in terms of the applicable National Coal Wage Agreement.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is son of deceased Mahohar Das.

In view of above, the SECL is directed to hear Dharam Das and Ajay Das before taking a decision as per order dated 21.12.2015.

With the aforesaid modification, the review petition stands finally disposed of.
