Present MCC has been filed for correction of typographical errors crept in the order dated 8-7-2019 passed by this court in TPC .No. 24 of 2019 in para No.5.

Perused the order dated 8-7-2019 passed by this court in TPC No. 24 of 2019 wherein case number and name of the court have wrongly been mentioned.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the order dated 8-7-2019 passed by this court in TPC No.24 of 2019 in place of para No.5, the following be read as para No.5.

"5. Accordingly, Case No. 449 of 2018 (Ritesh Bohra vs. Smt. Purvi Jain Bohra) pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur is transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg with immediate effect"

The rest of the order shall remain intact.

In view of the above, the instant MCC stands disposed of. A copy of this order be kept in the original file of TPC No. 24 of 2019.
