Heard on I.A. No.1/2018, application for withdrawal of anticipatory bail application.

It is submitted that in the light of the order passed in Cr.M.P. No.806/2018, parties between Saurbh Upadhyay & Ors. Vs. State of C.G., an interim order dated 24.04.2018 is operative, hence, the applicants are not apprehended their arrest in the case concerned. Hence for this reason, the applicants pray to withdraw the instant bail application.
