1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 04/05/2019 sent by the 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Durg for extension of time for final disposal of criminal revision No. 114/2013.

2. This Court vide order dated 02/04/2019 had granted a time of 45 days to learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Durg to dispose of the criminal revision No. 114/2013, which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought by learned Court below to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time of one month is granted to learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Durg to dispose of the said criminal revision by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
