1. The petitioner has been aggrieved of the order dated 02.09.2021 whereby the respondent No.3, the District Education Officer, had given the charge of Principal of Govt. High School, Borsi to the respondent No.6.

2. Perusal of order would reveal that the respondent No.6 admittedly is senior to the petitioner herein and in the past also it was the respondent No.6 who was given the charge of Principal of the said School.

3. Given the fact that the respondent No.6 is senior to the petitioner and the respondent No.6 has been given charge only taking into account his seniority, the same cannot be said to be either arbitrary or contrary to the circulars of the State Govt.

4. The writ petition thus being devoid of merit deserves to be and is hereby dismissed.
