In the order passed by this Hon'ble Court on 17.07.2018 in Writ Petition (C) No. 1946 of 2018, due to inadvertent mistake, the nature of the case has been mentioned as 'WPT No. 1946 of 2018' instead of 'WPC No. 1946 of 2018.'

Accordingly, in the order dated 17.07.2018, the nature of the case is corrected and in place of 'WPT No. 1946 of 2018' it be read as 'WPC No. 1946 of 2018.'
