1. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the issue involved in the present writ petitions have already been considered and decided by this Court on 28.11.2017 in WPS No.2530 of 2017 (Mukesh Kumar Patel and another Vs State of Chhattisgarh and another), therefore, these writ petitions may be disposed of in terms of the order passed in Mukesh Kumar Patel (supra).

2. Accordingly, the present writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Mukesh Kumar Patel (supra). A copy of the order passed in Mukesh Kumar Patel (supra) be placed on record of the present writ petitions. Sd/- Judge (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Akhilesh
