1. PUD has been received from the Court of Special Judge, Prevention Scheme Act, Ambikapur, District-Surguja, Chhattisgarh, requesting for extension of time of 6 months further for the disposal of case concerned.

2. By order dated 30.1.2018 in MCRC No.2277/2017, the application for bail was dismissed as withdrawn and the trial Court was directed to conclude the trial within a period of 6 months.

3. Considered on the grounds mentioned in the PUD, the time is extended for disposal of the case concerned from the date of receipt of
