1. Admittedly the order out of which this contempt petition is arising is subject matter of challenge before the Supreme Court in SLP(C) No. 29529-34/16 wherein proceedings of this contempt petition have been stayed.

2. Since the leave has already been granted in the SLP, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this contempt petition pending. Therefore this contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move afresh as and when the SLP is finally disposed of by the Supreme Court.
