1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.03/2021 registered at Police Station Tikrapara, Raipur, District Raipur, C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 41(1+4) of Cr.P.C. and Section 379 of Indian Penal Code.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to prosecute this bail application and seeks to withdraw the same.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, the bail application MCRC No.6857 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
