1. The present writ petition has been filed claiming for relief that respondent no.1 to 3 be directed provide certain percent of retiral dues of the respondent no.4 upon his retirement.

2. According to the petitioner, she is the wife of the respondent no.4 and of late the respondent no.4 has deserted the petitioner and she is finding it difficult to sustain herself.

3. During the course of hearing, the petitioner submits that she has already raised a dispute before the Family Court and matter is pending consideration before the family Court.

-24. Given the fact that matter is pending consideration before the Family Court, this Court is of the opinion that the relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition at this juncture would not be maintainable under the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court.

5. Reserving the right of the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies from the concerned Civil Court and as also from the Concerned Family Court, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Rohit
