1. This writ petition is directed against the interim order passed by the Collector, Raigarh staying the order/resolution whereby the motion of no confidence was carried against respondent No.4 Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Kumhichunva, Janpad Panchayat Dharamjaigarh, District Raigarh.
2. Considering the fact that the proceedings are pending before the Collector, Raigarh since April, 2016, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Raigarh to hear the parties and decide the reference within a reasonable time preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of submission certified copy of this order.
