1. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that affidavit of the District Magistrate has been filed and he is ready and willing to pass an order for releasing the petitioner on parole afresh within 15 days from today.

2. The statement made by learned State counsel is placed on record and this writ petition is disposed of in light of the undertaking given by learned State counsel on the basis of the affidavit of the concerned District Magistrate. No cost(s).
