1. Learned counsel for the applicants would fairly submit that the present petition for winding up of the Company M/s Vindhyavasini Industries Limited has been preferred under Clause (e) of sub-section (1) of Section 433 of the Companies Act, 1956, therefore, in view of the notification issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India on 07.12.2016 framing the Companies (Transfer of Pending Proceedings) Rules, 2016, the present petition in which notices have not yet been issued to the

respondent, it is required to be transferred to the Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal constituted under Section 408 of the Companies Act, 2013.

2. In view of the above, the company petition is transferred to the jurisdictional bench of the National Company Law Tribunal. The Registry shall take desired steps at the earliest.
