Agrawal Order On Board 17/11/2016 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for grade pay of Rs. 8,700/- since 8.6.2007 as fixed for Prawar Shreni Vetanman of the Medical Officer Service Cadre as provided in the order dated 01.04.2013 by the State Government but that has not been granted to the petitioner, for which, he has

already made representation but as the representation has not been decided and the benefits have not been given to the petitioner, the State Authority may be directed to consider and decide the pending representation within the specific time frame. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the State Government is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.01.2016 expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the production of certified copy of this order and take decision in that regard. The petitioner is also entitled to file additional representation to the State Government for redressal of his grievances within a period of two weeks from today.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
