1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the nonsettlement of his post retiral benefits, which he is entitled for, like leave encashment and another dues which has not been paid. Counsel for

the petitioner further submits that even the gratuity amount paid to the petitioner is not the amount which he was otherwise entitled for.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner stood retired from service on 31.10.2018, without expressing any opinion on merits at this juncture, the petitioner so far as his gratuity is concerned, is directed to raise a dispute before the concerned authority under the provisions of the Cooperative Societies Act, so far as the difference of gratuity amount if any.

3. As regards the unpaid retiral dues payable to the petitioner on his retirement and which are admissible as on date, let the petitioner approach the respondents No, 2 & 3 by way of a detailed representation/claim and the respondents' no. 2 & 3 intrun shall consider and decide the claim of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
