1. The petitioner has made a complaint that respondent No.6 has obtained employment by suppressing the fact, but the department is not taking action against him.

2. Learned State Counsel would submit that respondent No.6 has already been retired from service in the month of March, 2017 and as such, there is no cause of action for continuance of the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly it is closed.
