1. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the Order dated 08.02.2019 passed in WPS No. 834 of 2019.

2. The Respondent No. 01 and 02 have entered their appearance and have filed their reply and have submitted that the order has been complied with. The admissible dues payable to the petitioner has since been released to the petitioner/applicant and the same has also been received by the petitioner/applicant

3. Given the said facts, in case along with the reply Annexure R-2, the order passed by this Court seems to have been substantially complied with.

-24. Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition stands disposed off. In case, if there is any calculation error in further dues which are yet to be cleared by the respondents or there is still dues payable to the petitioner/applicant, the petitioner would have the liberty of either approaching the Court afresh or moving before the authorities for ventilating his grievance.

With the aforesaid directions, the present Contempt Petition stands disposed-off.
