We find that these two appeals have been filed by the same appellant

against judgment of conviction and order of sentence, one through legal aid and another by a privately engaged counsel.

Considering the aforesaid appeals, CRA No.1067 of 2021 is disposed off as there cannot be two appeals against the same judgment. 3.

The appeal of appellant- Satish Mahar Jaimin shall be heard in CRA No.1068 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the appellant engaged through legal aid is permitted to argue on behalf of the appellant along with privately engaged counsel.

Certain defaults have been pointed out in CRA No.1068 of 2021, for which, two weeks' time is granted to learned counsel for the appellant to remove the default.
