1. Petitioners have filed this present petition and has prayed that the Complaint Case No. 183/2015 pending before Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kurud, District-Dhamtari(C.G.) was expeditiously decided within a period of 3 months.

2. Considering the fact that, the case is pending since 2014, Judicial Magistrate First Class is directed to complete the trial within one year from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. It is made clear that learned counsel for the respondent be informed for hearing the matter on 07.10.2021.

4. With this observation and direction, the present CRMP is disposed off.
