Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 22/11/2016 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's land has been subjected to acquisition by the NTPC, but employment in lieu of the land acquired has not been provided to the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner has made representation, which has not been considered and decided by respondent No.1.

(2) Be that as it may, respondent No. 1 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners regarding employment in accordance with law

preferably within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with fresh representation. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
