The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 11.01.2011 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Banki Area to Dipka Area under the respondents.

The petition is of the year 2015 but the petitioner has not got any interim order in his favour against the order of transfer.

Counsel for the respondents submits that the order of transfer has been complied with, hence the entire writ petition has become infructuous and the petition may be dismissed as having become infructuous. 4.
Though the writ petition has rendered infructuous on account of the petitioner having joined the transfer place, it shall be open for the petitioner so far as ground as to whether the order of transfer was on an application on his part or was an administrative ground. Let the petitioner make a representation in this regard to the authorities concerned and on receipt of the said representation, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with rules and regulations after due verification of the records.
