1. Perusal of the petition shows that the challenge is to the mutation proceedings with the allegation that the name of respondents No.3 & 4 has been mutated in respect of the land which belongs to the petitioner.

2. There is no order on record by which the name of the respondents No.3 & 4 have been mutated in revenue record, even otherwise, if the name of

respondents No.3 & 4 has been recorded in the revenue proceedings against that the petitioner has a statutory remedy of filing the appeal under the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 and the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail such remedy, if so advised.
