Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to revive the same after examination of the prosecutrix.

It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. The applicant is also at liberty to make a prayer before the Court concerned to expedite the matter for recording evidence of the prosecutrix.
