Agrawal Order On Board 30/07/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application for determination of reasonable compensation is pending consideration before the Arbitrator appointed by the Central Government and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, the Arbitrator appointed by the Central Government is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application for determination of reasonable compensation expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
