Grievance of the petitioner is that he had moved an application on 25/06/2019 for grant of regular stage carriage permit on the route Gidhori to Chirmiri and for the same route respondent No.2 had also made an application. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the instruction, application of the respondent No.2 has been considered, therefore petitioner's application may also be considered. 2.

Considering the fact that only prayer is that the petitioner's application may be considered which has been made on 25/06/2019 for grant of regular stage carriage permit on the route Gidhori to Chirmiri, it is directed that respondent No.1 may decide the application of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. 3.
