The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he intends to withdraw the writ petition at this juncture to file an appropriate application before the concerned Central Administrative Tribunal for the reason that the respondent establishment which is notified under the Administrative Tribunal Act.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
