1. The grievance of the petitioners in the present petition is that the petitioner No. 1 had sought permission for sale of certain land before the Collector under Section 165 of the Land Revenue Code 1959 and the preliminary enquiry has been conducted. It is stated that the petitioner who wants to get a permission, to execute a sale in favour of the respondents No. 2 & 3 and the proceedings seeking permission started on 29.10.2019 but till date it has not been concluded, therefore the Collector Ambikapur may be directed to decide the case of the petitioner seeking permission of sale of the land within a stipulated time.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No. 1, who is senior citizen lady of aged about 74 years, is unable to prosecute her cause on

daily basis, therefore the prayer.

3. Learned State counsel submits that the application filed by the petitioner would be decided within a stipulated time.

4. Considering the bunch of documents which is filed along with the petition it appears that the considerable progress has taken place with respect to enquiry pursuant to the application filed seeking permission to sell. The petitioner appears to be a senior citizen lady of aged about 74 years and the proceedings, as appears, have been commenced in the month of October 2019. Considering the time and the age of petitioner, the Collector Ambikapur is directed to conclude the proceeding of permission which is sought for by the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
