1. The limited relief that the petitioner seeks at this juncture is for an appropriate direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to take an appropriate decision on the representation/objection that the petitioner has raised in respect of the recruitment to the post of Staff Nurse under the respondents.

2. Counsel for petitioner submits that the merit list was originally published on 10.02.2021 and on account of not having sufficient knowledge for operating computer, the petitioner could not submit the

objection called upon through online mode. Therefore, the petitioner immediately made a representation/objection which was sent to the respondents by post on 18.02.2021 and a reminder in this regard subsequently was also made on 02.07.2021 but till date the respondents have not taken a decision on the said representation of petitioner. Counsel for petitioner prays that as of now the grievance of petitioner can be redressed if the respondents take a decision on the said representation of petitioner.

3. State counsel does not oppose the said request of the petitioner. However, he submits that the recruitment process meanwhile has been finalized and the order of appointment has been issued.

4. Be that as it may, since the representation of petitioner is pending consideration before the authorities concerned, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 2 & 3 to take an appropriate decision on the representation of petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It shall the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents 2 & 3 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
