Sam Koshy Order On Board 12.09.2018 The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that though respondent no.2 conducted a conciliation proceeding between the petitioner and the respondents 3 & 4, the conciliation proceeding ended in a failure. No dispute has till date been referred to the Industrial
Tribunal/Labour Court for adjudication.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner and also taking note of the failure report submitted by respondent no.2, this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending rather ends of justice would meet if a direction is given to respondent no.1 to act upon the failure report submitted by respondent no.2 on 27.11.2017 and to make an appropriate reference to the concerned Industrial Tribunal/Laboure Court for adjudication of the dispute raised between the parties. Let this exercise be concluded within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3.
