Considering the nature of relief sought for by the Petitioner which is exclusively employment related relief and the Respondents No. 1 to 6 being the establishment notified under the Administrative Tribunals Act, this Court is of the opinion that the present Writ Petition as such would not be maintainable at this juncture before this Court.

The remedy available to the Petitioner would be for moving appropriate application before the concerned Central Administrative Tribunal for ventilating his grievances.

At this juncture, learned Counsel for Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present Writ Petition with liberty to approach the concerned Central Administrative Tribunal for the aforesaid relief. As such, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
