2. Secretary Ministry of Mines, Government of India, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi, District : New Delhi, Delhi --- Respondents 15.02.2021 Mr. Saurabh Dangi, counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Gagan Tiwari, Dy. Govt. Advocate, for the State. Mr. Ramakant Mishra, Asst.Solicitor General for respondent no.2. Heard on application for withdrawal of Vakalatnama. It is submitted that earlier the petitioner had engaged counsels Mr. Rahul Pandey, Ashish Surana, Mr. Devendra Ranade and Amit Keswani to appear and argue on its behalf and now the petitioner has engaged another counsel after obtaining NOC from Ashish Surana, Advocate. On due consideration, application is allowed. The earlier advocates are discharged of their obligation.

Mr. Saurabh Dangi, Advocate, appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh duly constituted petition.

The petitioner is allowed to withdraw the petition. As prayed, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the afore-said liberty.
