1. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the Order dated 20.02.2019 passed in WPS No. 1147 of 2019.
2. Shri Jitendra Pali, Dy. Advocate General appearing for the officers of the State Government submits that, on account of the non-generation of Employee Code from the Office of the Director Treasury Pension & Accounts, the salary part payable to the petitioner could not be released.
3. He further submits that, the authorities of the State Government has already made repeated communications in this regard to the Office of the Director Treasury Pension and Accounts.
4. Given the said facts, the Director Treasury Pension and Accounts is expected to ensure steps are taken for the release of the salary and also steps for generating Employee Code, enabling the State Authorities to ensure release of the salary and other dues payable to the petitioner.
5. It is expected that, the Director Treasury Pension and Accounts would take their own decision as early as possible, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
6. Shri Jitendra Pali, Dy. Adv. General is directed to ensure the copy is served to the Director Treasury Pension and Accounts and also to all the concerned officers /authorities in the said department for necessary steps to be taken.
