Hon'ble Shri Prashant Kumar Mishra, Ag CJ Order On Board /09/2021 :

1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.51/2020 registered in Police Station Darbha, District Bastar for offence under Section 20 (B)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act.

2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicants. The applicants were found in joint illicit possession of 80 kg of Ganja.

3. Although liberty was reserved to revive the prayer for bail at an appropriate stage, however, considering the entire fact situation of the case, present is not an appropriate stage for release of the applicants on bail.
