1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the Order dated 05.02.2019 passed in WPS No. 747 of 2019.

-22. Shri Vipin Tiwari, Advocate appearing for the Respondent No. 2 and 3 submits that the order has since been complied-with inasmuch as the authorities have decided the representation of the petitioners vide his/her order dated 27.11.2019. According to the counsel for the respondents, on due consideration the representation has been rejected.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, the order passed by this Court seems to have been complied-with.

4. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands disposed-off, however, in case if the petitioners/applicants are aggrieved of the order passed by the respondent on 27.11.2019, they would be at liberty to challenge the same afresh before this Court. The petitioners/applicants are directed to serve a copy of this order to the counsel for the petitioners.
