The only prayer made in this petition is that both the petitioner and respondent No.1 are senior citizens, therefore direction be given to decide the case as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the limited prayer made in this petition and further considering the fact that petitioner and respondent No.1 appears to be senior citizens, trial court is directed to expedite the proceeding and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a further period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 3.
