1. Prosecutrix alongwith her father is present before this Court through virtual mode from DLSA, Surajpur, (CG). They are having no objection in granting bail to applicant.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this bail application at this stage with liberty to revive the same after examination of prosecutrix.
