Heard on application for restoration of FA No. 18 of 2009 which was dismissed on 13.07.2018 for want of prosecution. 2.

On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of FA No. 18 of 2009. 3.

Accordingly, MCC No. 583 of 2018 is allowed. FA No. 18 of 2009 is restored to its original number and list the case for final hearing in its due course.
