1. Heard.

2. Challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 21-9-2020 (Anenxure P/1) whereby the petitioner has been transferred from the office of Superintendent Engineer, Public Works Department, Dur, Durg Division to the office of Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Bijapur, Division Bijapur.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already served four years in the Scheduled area, therefore, as per policy of the State Government he may not be posted again in the Scheduled area, therefore, the petitioner may be given liberty to make a representation before respondent No.1.

4. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the petitioner is given at liberty to make a fresh representation before respondent No.1/ The Secretary, Public Works Department, within a period of three weeks and thereafter, on such representation being filed, respondent No.1 shall consider and decide the same within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of the representation, considering the fact of service already rendered by the petitioner in the scheduled area earlier.

5. With the above observation/direction, this writ petition stands finally disposed of.
