Pande, Advocate Order On Board 06/10/2015 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the representations of the petitioner, which have been made in the past, shall be taken due consideration by the respondents in accordance with their own policy, which are in force as on the date. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this petition is finally disposed off with an observation that if the petitioner furnishes detailed representation in continuation of his representations earlier made, within a period of 30 days, the respondents shall consider and decide the same within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation. In case, grievance of the petitioner is not redressed, the petitioner would be at liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him under the law.
