2. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that there had been bonafide reason for non-appearance and non-representation of the petitioner on the date of hearing, therefore, the order passed for dismissing the CRMP in non-prosecution on 29/07/2021 may be set-aside and the CRMP be restored.

3. After considering the reasons mentioned in the petition, I feel inclined to allow this petition at the motion stage. The order dated 29/07/2021 passed in CRMP No. 352/2020 is set-aside and the same is restored to its original number.
